Bell Ringing Update
Ron is returning from a long stay in the hospital. As part of a procedure, he was put in a coma for two days. He described it as being in a totally black room. He couldn't move his arms or see anything. What he could hear was Joan talking to him with encouragement and love. Ron's message to us was to not give up hope and continue to communicate with your loved one.

Larry Pisciotta
His Journey
Paul Suss introduced Larry Pisciotta.
Larry Pisciotta is a remarkable businessman.
He and Jeannie are both from Pueblo and grew up together.
They've been married 54 years.
Larry graduated from DU in 1964. Upon graduation
he had six good job offers and went with Firestone. They
sent him to Los Angeles in their finance management program. He wanted to be in sales. They put him in
charge of a small store there. There were three people
nominated to manage a larger store. The other two were
chosen but failed for one reason or another. Larry got
the job. His first store in Colorado was at 20th and Broadway. He told them he wanted to buy into the store.
He borrowed $ 30,000 from his dad. He tried to borrow
an additional $200,000 but was denied because they
didn't loan that much to a 24 year old. Larry finally
made a deal to buy the first store and then added more.
Larry's sons have been in the business with Larry.
Brakes Plus grew to 75 stores.
Recently, Larry was made an offer from an Alabama
company named EOC. (Express Oil Change) He felt
they had the same culture as Brakes Plus and accepted
the offer. His son RJ is staying on and the other two
are moving on.
