Linda Witulski reminds us of the following activities provided by your Rotary District 5450:
*District 5450 is seeking qualified members within the District to serve on the Public Relations Committee. We are looking to assemble a team of individuals with expertise willing to serve 5 hours or fewer per month.
  • Website Analyst—Experience with websites & ClubRunner. Duties: Review club websites and provide technical and visual suggestions to improve visibility and visitor experience. 
  • Website Content Specialist—Experience with website content/writing.  Duties: Review club websites and provide content suggestions to attract new members and streamline club information. 
  • SEO/Analytics Specialist—Experience with google analytics, SEO strategies, and social media analytics. Keep track of analytics management on various District initiativesAnalyze data, prepare a monthly report. Make SEO suggestions based on data.  
  • Social Media StrategistExperience with social media platforms. Work with clubs to review & develop improved social media outreach.

**One more District item is the Freeze Response Grant offered by District 5450 for our fellow American's affected by the most recent storm throughout Texas.
Rotary District 5890 in Houston, TX has created a special Freeze Response Grant to provide some modest funding to clubs who desire to help a needy family or individual impacted by the recent freezing weather conditions. The funds are intended to allow a club to help an individual or family restore access to water and/or repair broken pipes.

We all offer our condolences to Member David Dreibelbis on the loss of his Father. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family David!
President Phil reminded us of three service projects coming up in April. The Highline Canal cleanup is scheduled for Saturday April 24.
The partnership with member and Assistant District Governor Regina Edmondson's organization Second Chance Center where we will help prep, deliver and cleanup after a food drive is scheduled for Saturday May 8.
The clean up at The Urban Farm doesn't have a set date yet so stay tuned. This organization works with troubled youth in the Denver area.
We are happy to hear that Barbara Rogers, lovely wife of Member Jim Rogers is home from the hospital. Hope everything is going well there.
Member Ken Hostetler announced that Toni Michaels, lovely wife of Brad Michaels has been diagnosed with CRPS. She had been in and out of the hospital trying to find pain relief. 
Member Paul Suss passed around a signup sheet for Invocations. Please consider gracing us with your positive words to help us start the meeting off on the right foot.

COLORADO WILDFIRE DISASTER RELIEF FUND: The fires may be out, but the need is still great. The Natural Disaster Response Committee is currently working with local Rotarians and contacts in Grand Lake and other effected areas to determine how best to distribute donated funds. It will take some time before needs assessments can be completed. Donations can be made online or you can mail a check to Rotary District 5450, Subject Line: Colorado Fires, 5103 Dvorak Circle, Frederick CO 80504. We care about the health and safety of our member and community. As we continue to monitor and learn more about the spread of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to share some information with you. You’ve probably seen the following guidelines before, but they’re important and worth repeating:

⦁ Wear a cloth mask that fully covers your mouth and nose.
⦁ Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer after each use of disposable gloves.
⦁ When returning home take off shoes and clothing leaving them by the door.
⦁ Wash your face and hands before touching anything in your home after going outside.
⦁ If using a cloth mask, wash it every day in hot soapy water and air dry.
