Your Board of Directors have recently updated the Bi-laws and Operational Guidelines. Once there is a final vote of approval from the board, members will be given a copy and member Paul Suss will give club members a report on the changes.

The Finance Committee is need of another member. Ric Martin and President-Elect Danielle Lammon are the current members with Paul Suss being nominated. Please let Ric know if you are interested in helping the club maximize available revenue.

Your Board of Directors plan to present a "State of the Club" update the first part of May. We have 9 months of finances and activities under our Rotary year belt so it's time to evaluate and report out to members.

We care about the health and safety of our member and community. As we continue to monitor and learn more about the spread of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to share some information with you. You’ve probably seen the following guidelines before, but they’re important and worth repeating:

 **IF YOU MUST LEAVE HOME:
⦁ Wear a cloth mask that fully covers your mouth and nose.
⦁ Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer after each use of disposable gloves.
⦁ When returning home take off shoes and clothing leaving them by the door.
⦁ Wash your face and hands before touching anything in your home after going outside.
⦁ If using a cloth mask, wash it every day in hot soapy water and air dry.

Guest Speakers, Kevin Hogan - President/CEO Aurora Chamber of Commerce
Kevin gave an excellent overview of the pandemic's affects on Aurora businesses. The plight of retail establishments is causing stress like nothing else we have experienced. Stay-at-home orders have shifted shoppers to on-line retailers like Amazon. One recent day saw 40% of ALL sales online. Brick and mortar stores are struggling to survive. Click here and go to the 7 minute mark for an update on this and other current events that are of interest to Aurora leaders.
