Linda Witulski reminds us about the Book Box project currently under way by the Rangeview HS Interact Club. We are currently accepting book donations to help fill the boxes. Bring books for all ages to the meeting for donations. The official book drive is scheduled for Rangeview High School on Saturday October 10, 11am-1pm. Those donating at the book drive will have a no-contact experience. Leave your books in the trunk and a volunteer will remove them for you.

Linda also informed us that member Rick Stanzyk is donating the time and material to build neighborhood book boxes. This is the Interact Club’s first project of the year and Rick is contributing substantially to that. Thanks Rick!!

In order to get an accurate account of those attending the in-person meetings each week, please remember to sign in at the table where you pick up your badge.

Rick Richard and President-Elect Danielle Lammon announced this club donated $4,200 to the annual Elimination of Polio Drive! Remember that is matched by the Bill & Linda Gates Foundation two to one. That means we contributed over $12,600 to the fight to end Polio worldwide. Congratulations and thank you!

President-Elect Danielle Lammon gave an update on our Aurora Day of Giving volunteers. We officially need 25 and already have 16 people signed up. Please let Danielle know if you are interested and she will make sure there is room for you. October 24, 8:30am – 2:30pm.
