Become a COMMUNITY PARTNER at the Aurora Public Safety FIELD DAY Date: May 16th, 2026 from 10:00-1:00 Location: City of Aurora Public Safety Training Center 25950 E Quincy Ave (next to Arapahoe Co Fairgrounds)
The Aurora Fire Rescue, Aurora Police Department, Aurora Rotary Club and Smoky Hill Rotary Club invite you to be a part of the free Public Safety Field Day! This exciting event offers educational and fun activities for families and children, with the goal of raising funds for a Mobile Fire Safety Trailer. The trailer will be used at schools and in the community to teach children how to escape home fires and promote fire prevention strategies. Now in its third year, we expect 500-800 participants and are seeking sponsors who can promote their business while supporting this crucial cause as a CHAMPION of fire safety education. COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITY: -$250 donation: Receive a 10x10 event space. Donations will support the purchase of the Mobile Fire Safety Trailer.
You are welcome to set up a tent in your designated space (bring your own table and chairs). Due to possible windy conditions, weigh down your tent. Kids love stickers and stamps if you want to provide those at your table. You can also provide a gift basket or item to be given out at our event drawings. The event starts at 10:00, so arrive by 9:30 for set-up.
There are only 20 sponsor spaces, so act fast and secure your spot by emailing rrichardsr@msn.com. Please include the following:
